I’m ready to take a capacitive fingerprint module from idea to full-scale production here in India and need an end-to-end technical partner to make it happen.
Stage & scope
I want to jump straight to mass production, but before the lines start running we still have to complete the product design itself. Once the design locks in, I’ll need immediate support on three critical fronts:
• Sourcing materials – a cost-effective, reliable BOM with India-friendly suppliers for sensor dies, ASIC, FPC, encapsulation resin, flex PCB, and packaging.
• Setting up manufacturing processes – line layout, equipment selection (pick-and-place, wire-bond, reflow, conformal coating, laser cutting for cover glass, etc.), process flow documents, and operator work-instructions.
• Quality control & testing – inline electrical tests, environmental stress screening, reliability plans (ESD, humidity, temperature cycling), and final acceptance criteria that meet international biometric standards such as ISO/IEC 19792.
What I expect from you
1. A complete module design package: schematics, Gerbers, stack-ups, mechanical drawings, firmware hooks, and a prototype-ready BOM.
2. A vetted vendor list with costed quotations and alternate sources.
3. Detailed manufacturing documentation: process flow charts, equipment lists, floor-plan, cycle-time and yield estimates.
4. QC plan: test fixtures, test software, sample size logic, pass/fail thresholds, and reporting templates.
5. On-site or remote hand-holding through the first production run until yield and performance hit agreed benchmarks.
Experience that impresses me
• Previous work on capacitive or optical fingerprint sensors, smartphone biometric modules, or other high-precision electronics produced in India or similar ecosystems.
• Familiarity with clean-room assembly, micro-electronics packaging, and international biometric compliance.
