Commission-Based Sales Reps for Web Sales

Freelance Sales Reps Wanted — Sell Ready-Made Websites to Local Businesses (Commission-Based)

Job Description:
I work with experienced web developers who build professional business websites. I'm now looking for confident, self-motivated salespeople to find and close business clients who need one — no technical skills required, I handle everything on the delivery side.

If you're good at talking to business owners and closing deals, but don't want to (or can't) build the website yourself, this lets you earn commission just on the sales side.

What I'm looking for:

Experience in sales, business development, or outreach (any industry is fine — website sales experience is a plus but not required)
Comfortable approaching small/local businesses directly — calls, walk-ins, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, whatever works for you
Able to explain the value of having a professional website in simple terms
Self-driven, comfortable working on commission

How it works:

You find and pitch business owners who need a website
Once they're interested, I bring in the developer to design and build it
You close the deal and stay the client's point of contact
You earn an agreed commission on every sale you close

Same heads-up as before applies here too: this works better as a direct-outreach recruit (messaging candidates yourself) than a passive post, since it's commission-only with no guaranteed pay — that tends to get fewer bites than a standard paid job listing on most freelance platforms.

One thing to think through before you post both of these live: you'll want at least one developer already lined up before you recruit salespeople (or vice versa) — otherwise whichever side you fill first has nothing to actually sell or build yet.
