I already hold a valid business-related court judgment, the opposing party is violating that order, and time is now critical. All supporting documents—original judgment, proof of non-compliance, and prior correspondence—are organized and ready to forward as soon as we start.

Your task is to prepare and file, in a U.S. jurisdiction, an execution order for contempt together with the appropriate judgment-enforcement papers (e.g., writ of execution, garnishment, lien, or any other mechanism the forum court allows). I need the pleadings drafted to meet local rules, properly served, and placed on the court’s docket without delay.

Key deliverables:
• Draft motion for contempt and supporting affidavit
• Draft proposed order for the judge’s signature
• Any supplementary enforcement instruments required by the court
• Clear filing and service instructions—or, if you have local filing privileges, the actual filing and proof of service

Acceptance criteria: documents must be court-ready, cite controlling authority, and conform to formatting rules of the venue we decide to use.

Please confirm your state of admission, anticipated turnaround, and whether you can handle the physical filing or prefer to provide e-file-ready PDFs.
