Excel Data Entry & Formatting

I maintain most of my files in Excel 2016 (or earlier), and I now need a reliable hand to get them presentation-ready. The source material is a mix of numbers and free-text that first has to be entered with total accuracy, then cleaned for typos, duplicates, and inconsistent formats. Once the data is trustworthy, the real focus is on turning each sheet into something I can show management: clear headings, logical grouping, colour-coded tables, print-friendly layouts, and a few straightforward summaries or charts so the key points pop out at a glance.

You will be working entirely inside native Excel—no add-ins required beyond what ships with the version mentioned—so compatibility and proper use of formulas, filters, conditional formatting, and basic PivotTables matter. Fast turnaround is important, but not at the expense of precision; if anything looks ambiguous, I would rather you flag it than guess.

Deliverables
• A fully formatted workbook (or set of workbooks) with all raw data accurately entered and cleaned
• Built-in summaries such as PivotTables, simple charts, or a dedicated “Report” sheet for quick insights
• A brief change log or notes sheet outlining any significant assumptions, corrections, or structure changes made during the process
