Immediate Architectural Concept Draftsman Needed

A fresh architectural idea is ready in my head—I now need it transferred into clear, professional concept drawings without delay. The scope is strictly the initial conceptual design phase, so your focus will be on developing floor plan layouts, massing studies, basic elevations, and any quick 3D or hand–sketch visuals that help communicate intent.

Speed is critical; I’d like first-round concepts as soon as possible, followed by one or two rapid refinements based on my feedback. You are free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or another tool you prefer, as long as the final files are easy for me (and eventually a construction team) to open, review, and annotate.

Deliverables
• PDF set of clean concept drawings
• Original editable files (DWG, RVT, SKP, or similar)

Acceptance criteria
• Plans and elevations accurately reflect the written brief and reference images I will send right after award.
• All dimensions annotated clearly in metric.
• At least two alternative layout options presented in the first submission.

Once the concepts meet the brief, the project is complete, and we can discuss any future detailed-drawing work separately. Let’s get started right away.
