Image-to-Text Data Entry

I need help turning a set of scanned documents—supplied as JPEG and PNG files—into clean, editable text. Every image contains text only, so the task is purely transcription rather than design or formatting recreation.

What I will send you
• A folder of high-resolution JPEG/PNG scans, clearly named and organised.

What I expect back
• An editable file (Word, Excel, or plain TXT—whichever you’re comfortable with) containing all the text, line breaks preserved.
• 99 %+ character accuracy. If any word is unreadable, simply flag it instead of guessing.

I’ll spot-check at random, so accuracy is more important than raw speed. Let me know:

1. Your typical turnaround time once you see a sample batch.
2. Whether you prefer straight manual typing, an OCR pass followed by proofreading, or another workflow.
3. A short note on previous jobs where you converted image scans to text.
