I run an iGaming platform and need an ADR professional who can step in across mediation, arbitration, and negotiation to keep player-platform disputes from escalating. My primary objective is clear: swift, transparent conflict resolution that keeps regulators satisfied and, more importantly, keeps players trusting our brand.
Here is what I am looking for you to do:
• Review our current complaint flow and identify friction points.
• Propose a robust, multi-tier ADR framework that blends mediation, arbitration, and direct negotiation so each case is channelled to the right track from day one.
• Draft or refine the procedural rules, response timelines, and evidence standards.
• Take the first batch of live cases and lead the process yourself—show us how effective communication, sharp problem-solving, and solid legal grounding combine in practice.
• Transfer knowledge to our in-house team through concise step-by-step guidelines and, if useful, a short training session on remote-friendly mediation tools.
Acceptance criteria: a documented ADR workflow we can publish in our T&Cs; template letters and decision formats that meet curacao/ anjouan expectations; two sample disputes resolved with measurable player satisfaction feedback.
If you have a track record in the iGaming sector and enjoy turning tense situations into equitable outcomes, I’m ready to hear how you’d tackle this.
