Ice Cream Parlor Staffing Recruitment

I am opening an ice-cream parlor in Kokapet, Hyderabad and I need a capable HR professional to own the complete hiring cycle and hand me a ready-to-start team: one store manager and four counter staff.

The store manager must already have run a QSR outlet. Inventory management and leadership are non-negotiable, and the person has to be comfortable handling daily billing and cash.

For the counter positions I want friendly faces with solid customer-service instincts who understand basic food-safety standards. They will be scooping ice cream, building sundaes, preparing beverages, packing deliveries and keeping both themselves and the store spotless; I have training sessions planned in same brand stores for them to kick start.

Your job is to craft the ads, post them where Hyderabad talent actually looks (LinkedIn, Naukri, local WhatsApp groups, walk-in boards—whatever works), screen every applicant, run the first-round interviews, and line up only the best for my final call. Reference checks for experienced should already be completed before a candidate reaches me.

Deliverables and acceptance:
• A written hiring plan within the first three days.
• At least five pre-screened manager candidates and ten counter-staff candidates, each with interview notes, salary expectations and earliest start date.
• Offer letters issued and accepted for all five hires; project closes once start dates are confirmed.
