I would need a sketch specialist to first build a skp from a pdf drawing but just the shell no doors/windows/interior walls, etc.
floor thickness should also represent what is on pdf
I would also need the stairs as on pdf. One thing that dimension is not as pdf is the height on basement. On the skp it should be 12 feet floor to ceiling (in basement)
I need skp with floors, walls, stairs and for the roof use the timber trusses in the skp provided.
