I need an Android application with a web-based admin panel.
**Requirements:**
* The app must clearly request the user's permission before accessing SMS.
* SMS should only be accessed after the user has explicitly granted permission.
* After permission is granted, the app should sync the permitted SMS data with a secure backend database.
* A web-based admin panel should display the synced data for authorized administrators.
* The app should work in the background only as allowed by Android and with the user's consent.
* Support Android 10–15.
* Clean and simple UI.
* Secure authentication for the admin panel.
* Source code for both the Android app and the admin panel must be provided.
* Complete setup and deployment documentation should be included.
