About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and communicative Assistant Producer to join our team. This position uniquely bridges creative production and business development.
In this role, you won't just keep production timelines moving smoothly, you’ll also play a key role on the sales executive side. You will drive outreach efforts, build relationships with prospective clients/partners, and help expand our production footprint. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Outreach
Outreach & Prospecting: Lead outbound communication campaigns (via email, LinkedIn, and direct calls) to identify potential clients, brand partners, or project leads.
Pipeline Support: Maintain and update our CRM/sales tracker, ensuring prompt follow-up with all warm leads.
Pitch Preparation: Assist in drafting pitch decks, customized proposals, and cost estimates for prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as an initial point of contact for new business inquiries, coordinating discovery calls and initial onboarding.
2. Production Support
Workflow Coordination: Assist the Lead Producer with pre-production planning, call sheets, project schedules, and resource allocation.
Asset & Deliverable Management: Help track project timelines, coordinate deliverable approvals, and keep client projects on budget and schedule.
Administrative Operations: Take detailed notes during internal and client meetings, manage task boards, and handle general project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production, project management, business development, or sales execution (media/agency background preferred).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills. You feel confident crafting compelling outreach emails and talking directly to clients.
Organization: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
Sales Mindset: Comfortable doing outbound outreach, handling initial client queries, and recognizing business opportunities.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello) and CRM/outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a strong plus.
