I need a complete set of plans for a steel-framed trailer home on wheels, sized between 200 – 400 sq ft, laid out as one continuous open-plan interior. The goal is for this unit to be treated as a permanent dwelling once set on site in a hurricane-prone U.S. state, so every detail must satisfy the relevant wind-load, tie-down, and foundation anchoring requirements (Florida Building Code / ASCE-7 or comparable coastal standards).

You should have proven experience designing trailer-based or tiny homes that have successfully passed U.S. permitting review, ideally in Florida, Texas, or the Gulf Coast. I will lean on you to specify the steel chassis, wall/roof assemblies, fastening schedule, and connections that withstand high-velocity hurricane zones while still remaining road-legal during transport.
