Dental Clinic Empanelment Manager

I run a fast-growing dental clinic in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh and I am ready to broaden our reach through formal empanelment with respected institutions across the city and state. Your core mission will be to secure our inclusion on the approved-provider lists of government hospitals, educational institutions and corporate firms so that their employees, students and beneficiaries can access our services under their existing healthcare arrangements.

Here is what I need from you:

• Documentation & paperwork – collect, prepare and submit every form, licence copy and compliance statement each organisation requires, tracking versions until final approval.
• Networking & relationship building – open doors, schedule introductory meetings, present our value proposition and nurture each contact until we are officially on their panel.
• Negotiating terms & conditions – clarify tariffs, payment cycles, service-level expectations and branding guidelines, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements before signing.

Success will be measured by the number of signed empanelment letters, MoUs or contracts you bring in, starting with key government hospitals, then moving to universities/colleges and finally large corporate houses in and around Gwalior. I will provide clinic profiles, past performance data and any clinical documentation you may need; you will bring your local network, persuasive communication skills and structured follow-through.
