Hourly Home Cleaning Booking App

I’m ready to build a mobile app that lets homeowners hire a cleaner by the hour, whenever they need one. The app must run seamlessly on both iOS and Android, and I’m open to either a shared code-base (Flutter, React Native, etc.) or separate native builds if that proves better for performance.

Core functionality I need:
• A real-time booking system that shows cleaner availability and confirms appointments on the spot
• Secure payment-gateway integration so users can pay for the exact hours reserved, with cards and popular mobile wallets supported
• A user-review and rating feature that lets customers see a cleaner’s reputation and leave feedback after each job
• Full multi-language support from day one, with an easy path to add more languages later

Two user areas are required: one for customers to schedule and manage bookings, another for cleaners to set availability, accept jobs, and track payouts. I’ll also need an admin dashboard (mobile-responsive web is fine) to approve new cleaners, view analytics, and resolve disputes.
