I need a complete mobile application that lets guests view each of my hotel rooms individually and place a booking in just a few taps. From browsing to checkout everything has to feel smooth, polished and unmistakably professional-modern so it matches the image of the property.
Core flow
• Guest selects dates, sees available rooms one by one, and confirms the reservation.
• Immediately after payment or “pay at reception” confirmation, the system must trigger a bilingual email (Hindi and English in the same thread) with all booking details and a unique reference code.
What I already know I do not need in this first release is a customer-review wall or extra payment-gateway complexity; those can stay on the roadmap. Right now the priority is a rock-solid booking engine, a clean admin area where my staff can open/close inventory, and the automated confirmation email pipeline.
Design cues
Dark text on light backgrounds, ample white space, crisp typography and subtle animation—think contemporary business-class apps rather than loud tourist portals.
Tech expectations
Use mainstream frameworks so I can easily find developers for future upgrades (React Native, Flutter or native Android/iOS are all fine as long as you justify the choice). Backend can sit on Firebase, Node.js, or any equally reliable stack with a simple REST or GraphQL API.
Acceptance
• Smooth room search and booking with no dead ends.
• Instant bilingual confirmation email.
• Admin dashboard showing live inventory and manual override.
• Build files plus documented source code handed over at close of project.
If the above fits your skill set, let’s set up milestones and get started.
