My e-commerce site is getting hard to maintain because every page now lives in the same root folder. I need the codebase reorganised into permanent, easy-to-trace folders—home, market, orders, purchase, wallet and profile—while keeping all existing routes working exactly as they do today.
At the same time, the Supabase authentication flow needs to be solid. Sign-up, log-in, email verification, Termii SMS verification, forgot-password and password-reset are already wired up, yet confirmations don’t always reach the user. Both email and phone/SMS verification are required before account activation, and messages must be sent from our own sender address.
Deliverables
• Clean folder structure with updated imports and routing
• Uninterrupted site build and navigation after the refactor
• Reliable dual-factor verification via Supabase email + Termii SMS, including resend logic
• Clear error handling and user feedback on all auth screens
• A brief README (or inline docs) showing where to edit pages and customise email/SMS templates
• Proof of functionality (screenshots or short clip) covering sign-up, log-in, forgot password and reset
Acceptance criteria
The project compiles with no errors, every page opens from its new folder path, and a new user can create an account only after successfully confirming both the email link and the SMS code.
