The goal is to build a high-converting home services site focused solely on capturing leads. Every design decision—layout, visuals, copy, and flow—should nudge visitors toward requesting more information on available properties.

I need a clean, modern interface that feels trustworthy and professional to home-buyers. A prominent hero section, clear calls-to-action, short enquiry forms, and persuasive micro-copy are essential. Integration with my current CRM (HubSpot) will allow new enquiries to drop straight into an automated follow-up sequence, so the form fields must map correctly.

Please ensure:
• Fully responsive pages that load quickly on mobile, tablet, and desktop
• On-page SEO fundamentals baked in (title tags, structured data for listings, image alt text)
• Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel ready for tracking ad performance
• Easy-to-edit templates in WordPress or Webflow—whichever you are most efficient with—so I can add or remove property highlights without touching code

Deliverables:
1. Low-fidelity wireframes for approval
2. Final UI mock-ups (desktop & mobile)
3. Developed, launch-ready site hosted on my domain
4. 30-minute recorded walkthrough showing how to update content

Acceptance criteria: the site must pass Google Lighthouse performance score of 85+, all lead forms must feed the CRM without errors, and there must be no broken links on launch.

Timeline is flexible but I would like the first wireframe within a week of project start.
