Home & Restaurant SketchUp Designed Interiors

I have two spaces on my desk. A private house and an a restaurant. I need both design according to my highly-detailed SketchUp brief. The priority is to shape rooms that work just as well in real life as they do on screen, so every wall, fixture, and bespoke element must read clearly for the contractor and still impress the client visually.

Your job is to build one cohesive SketchUp model for each property, complete with fully developed interiors: furnishings, lighting schemes, joinery, finishes, and accurate dimensions. From those models I will also need clean layout drawings that can move straight into sourcing and construction.

Deliverables
• Editable .skp files for the house and the restaurant, organised by scenes and tags
• Dimensioned floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and at least two key sections per space exported to PDF and DWG
• Render-ready scene setup (V-Ray, Enscape, or native SketchUp) so I can generate presentation images without re-working the file.

Acceptance criteria
1. Circulation and furniture clearances meet standard residential and hospitality codes.
2. All objects and materials are named logically; file size stays manageable.
3. Drawings align to the metric grid I will supply and print correctly at 1:100/1:50.

If you are comfortable designing according to residential and hospitality standards, brief shared and can keep a presentable, well-layered SketchUp file, this project should feel right at home.
