I already have a complete floor plan for the house I’m about to build, but I feel the internal layout could work harder for me. I want a licensed architect to take the existing drawings, respect the mandated room count and facilities, and re-configure the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms so every square foot is pulling its weight. Think circulation flow, furniture placement, clever storage and multi-use nooks rather than dramatic structural moves.

Because I favour a modern aesthetic, the revised concept should lean toward clean lines, open sightlines and an overall uncluttered feel—yet still be practical for day-to-day family life. Sustainability touches are welcome, but the top priority is intelligent space planning.

Deliverables
• One optimised floor plan in DWG and PDF, clearly marking any shifted walls, door swings or built-ins.
• A brief written rationale (bullet or short paragraph form) explaining how each proposed change improves space efficiency.
• Optional: a second schematic layout if you think an alternate solution offers notable gains; I’d like to see fresh ideas before locking in the final version.

I will provide the current plan in CAD and PDF as the starting point. Please confirm you have the relevant architectural software and can turn this around within a week.
