I’m extending my house and have a full set of architectural drawings ready to go. What I still need is a complete structural package that turns those plans into permit-ready documents. The scope is focused on two key areas:

• Foundation design
• Steel structural framing design

You will take my existing plans, perform the necessary calculations, and produce clear construction drawings that satisfy local building codes and any relevant sections of the IBC/Eurocode. Please size all footings, beams, columns, and connections, and include a concise calculation report so that my contractor and the building inspector see exactly how the loads are resolved.

Deliverables I expect:
• Foundation layout with footing schedule and reinforcing details
• Steel framing plans, elevations, and connection details
• Structural notes and load-path calculations in PDF and original CAD/Revit format
• Professional engineer’s stamp or certification acceptable to my local authority (if you are licensed for my region)
