I need a complete website built from the ground up that functions as an educational online magazine focused on history and culture. This is not an e-commerce storefront, portfolio, or casual blog; instead, it should read and feel like a living digital periodical with regularly updated content.

The site has to support the following core sections from day one:
• Articles
• Excerpts
• Translation pieces
• Errata (to correct or expand on past stories)
• Letters & Discussions
• Multimedia (audio, video, interactive)

I will be publishing fresh material frequently, so clean navigation, intuitive categorisation, and a straightforward publishing workflow are essential. All pages must be fully responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly.

Deliverables I expect:

• Fully coded, responsive templates ready for production
• A simple, well-documented content management setup that lets me add new issues and organise archives without touching code
