I run LoanSathi.in and need a voice-savvy teammate who can explain our loan services to leads over the phone. The work can be picked up either part-time or full-time; I’m flexible as long as the daily targets are met.

You will speak exclusively in Hindi, guiding callers through product features, interest rates and basic eligibility, then logging each conversation in the simple web-based CRM we provide. I supply the dialer, verified numbers and a short training module—your job is to bring clarity, warmth and accuracy to every call.

Key deliverables
• Daily call sheet with contact outcome
• Updated follow-up status inside the CRM
• Brief end-of-day voice note summarising common questions or objections
