Hindi Customer Data Entry

I have a collection of Hindi customer records that must be transferred accurately into a structured spreadsheet. The source material is already organised but still lives in mixed formats—some scanned pages, a few PDFs and a small batch of text files—all in Hindi.

Your task is straightforward: open each source, read the details, and key them into the spreadsheet I supply (Excel or Google Sheets, whichever you prefer). Typical fields include ग्राहक का नाम, पता, फ़ोन नंबर, ई-मेल और कोई भी विशिष्ट नोट. Please keep spellings consistent, follow the column order I provide and double-check numbers so we avoid transposition errors.

I will share the files via Google Drive as soon as we start; you can work offline or in the cloud but the final deliverable should be a clean, fully completed spreadsheet plus a brief note summarising any unreadable or missing entries.

Accuracy is more important than speed, yet I do need the finished sheet returned within one month from the start date. If you use familiar tools like Excel’s data validation, Google Sheets filters or simple macros to keep things tidy, that is a plus—just mention it in your approach so I know what to expect.

Once the spreadsheet matches the source material perfectly and every customer row passes a quick spot-check, the project is done.
