Hindi Book Converted to Word

I have a complete Hindi book in PDF format where the text is already selectable. I need every page reproduced in Microsoft Word so that the new file looks and reads exactly like the original. Please keep the same chapter structure, headings, font sizes, bold-italic emphasis, page breaks, footnotes, and any numbering that appears; the goal is a mirror image, only fully editable.

Because the PDF allows copy-and-paste, no OCR is required, but I do expect you to tidy up line breaks, remove any header or footer artifacts, fix hyphen-splits, and double-check matras and punctuation so the final document is clean Unicode Hindi (Mangal or another standard font). When finished, I should be able to print the .docx and have it indistinguishable from the book.
