High-Volume Arabic Data Entry

I have a backlog of several hundred pages of purely textual records that must be keyed into our cloud system. The content is all in Arabic, and accuracy is critical because these entries feed directly into our accounting workflow.

You will receive scanned PDFs and access to a web-based form; your task is to transcribe every line exactly as written, preserving punctuation and paragraph breaks. I will monitor progress daily through the platform’s activity log, so consistency and reliability matter as much as speed. If you are comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel for interim checks, that is a plus, but the final destination is the online database I provide.

Deliverables
• All pages entered and saved inside the system, ready for me to export.
• A simple completion report showing page counts, date of entry, and any notes on illegible text.

Acceptance criteria: 99 % accuracy measured by random spot checks and full completion of the assigned page range within the agreed timeline.
