High-Retention YouTube Editor for Cricket Vlog

Looking for a high-retention YouTube editor to turn raw footage into an entertaining 8–12 minute vlog.
* The video follows me visiting a grassroots cricket ground in Dubai and challenging players to win real gold through different cricket challenges.
* Main storyline: Can anyone hit me for a six and win gold? One contestant unexpectedly turns out to be a former first-class Pakistani cricketer.
* Raw footage includes multiple cameras/angles, conversations, cricket challenges, reactions, Gold Note giveaways and B-roll.
* Editing style should be fast-paced and story-driven, with strong hooks, pattern interrupts, captions/graphics, music, sound design, scoreboards and tension/payoffs.
* We want MrBeast/Sidemen-style retention principles, but not an over-edited copy. The personality and genuine interactions should remain natural.
* Editor should know how to cut unnecessary footage aggressively and create open loops/cliffhangers that keep viewers watching.
* Ideally experienced with sports, challenge, creator or entertainment YouTube content.
* This is a trial vlog with potential for ongoing weekly/regular work if the edit is strong.
