I need a seasoned 3D CAD designer to convert my annotated sketches into a manufacturing-ready model of a small mechanical component. The file will be used directly for prototype production, so tight tolerances (±0.03 mm) and clean, watertight geometry are critical. You’re free to work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, NX, or similar—just supply the native file along with the STL.

Deliverables
• Native CAD file (SolidWorks 2022, STEP, or equivalent)
• Final watertight STL, manifold and scaled in millimetres
• Quick DfM report highlighting any geometry that could cause print or machining issues
• Simple exploded or sectional view for clearance verification

Acceptance criteria
• Mesh deviation ≤0.03 mm from supplied dimensions
• All holes, threads, and mating faces follow specified ISO standards
• No reversed normals or non-uniform scaling

Please aim for an initial draft within three days so we can iterate before locking the design. If anything in the brief is unclear, let me know—any suggestion that improves manufacturability is welcome.
