High-Performance Adult Directory Creation

EXPERIENCED ADULT DIRECTORY PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT TEAM

We are looking for an experienced development team to build a modern adult/escort directory platform targeting Bursa, Turkey.

This is a SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT project requiring strong experience with directory/listing platforms, custom administration systems, scalable architecture, performance, security and technical/local SEO.

Previous experience with adult-industry or comparable complex directory platforms is strongly preferred.

PROJECT

The platform will be developed from scratch and launch with approximately 200–300 listings, with architecture designed for future growth.

We have a legacy PHP platform/archive containing important functionality and business workflows. It is REFERENCE ONLY and will be shared privately with shortlisted candidates through Freelancer.

The old code must NOT be repaired, reskinned or reused as the foundation.

The selected team should analyze its workflows, identify weaknesses and rebuild the system using an appropriate modern architecture.

Do not simply name a framework. Recommend the architecture/technology stack and explain WHY it fits this platform.

BURSA RESEARCH BEFORE CODING

Before final architecture and SEO decisions, we expect genuine research into the Bursa market, including where relevant:

* Actual organic competitors and SERPs
* Bursa/Nilüfer/Görükle/Osmangazi searches
* Search intent and ranking difficulty
* Competitor site/location architecture
* Listing/profile structures
* Indexed pages and content strategies

CORE PLATFORM

Required functionality includes:

* Categories and tags
* Bursa → district → area/location hierarchy
* Search/filtering
* Image galleries/media management
* Listing attributes/status
* Admin-controlled publishing
* Multiple listings under controlled provider access
* VIP / Gold / Platinum display tiers
* Rotating promotional sections
* Sliding Stories-style media
* Blog/content management
* Ratings/interactions and moderation
* AI-assisted SEO tools
* Mobile-first responsive UI/UX
* Analytics/settings
* Scalable database architecture

Public visitors will not freely publish listings.

The architecture must be suitable for an image-heavy platform and future scaling.

PROVIDER SYSTEM

One provider/operator may manage multiple assigned listings through controlled private access.

Admin must control provider-to-listing relationships and field-level editing permissions.

Providers should only receive access to specifically authorized fields rather than full control over listings or SEO.

The permission architecture should remain expandable.

VIP / GOLD / PLATINUM + STORIES

VIP, Gold and Platinum require proper display/rotation logic rather than simple labels.

Listings should rotate appropriately within their tiers instead of allowing the same profiles to permanently dominate. Excessive repetition of listings associated with the same provider should be avoided where practical.

We also require an Instagram-style Stories module that is sliding/horizontally navigable, mobile optimized, fast, media optimized, admin manageable and capable of scheduling/expiration where useful.

Stories must not be a static image row.

ADMIN SYSTEM

We need a serious operational admin system capable of managing hundreds and eventually thousands of listings.

It should manage listings, providers, provider/listing relationships, locations, categories, tags, galleries/media, display tiers, Stories, blog/content, ratings/interactions, moderation, SEO/meta, AI functions, permissions, analytics and platform settings.

Normal daily operation must not require source-code changes.

AI SEO ASSISTANT

AI should assist administrators with:

* Meta titles
* Meta descriptions
* SEO-oriented listing descriptions

We do NOT want hundreds of near-identical texts where only names or locations change.

Applicants should explain how they would approach genuine content differentiation, repetition prevention, prompt management, quality control, human review, API costs and vendor dependency.

All generated content must remain editable.

TECHNICAL + LOCAL SEO FROM DAY ONE

We are NOT looking for a platform that is built first and receives an SEO plugin afterward.

SEO must influence architecture from the beginning, including:

* Crawl/indexation architecture
* SEO-friendly URLs
* Bursa/district/location structure
* Search intent
* Internal linking/breadcrumbs
* Canonicals
* Duplicate/thin-content prevention
* Metadata
* Structured data where appropriate
* XML sitemaps/robots controls

Study the market and explain what should be built and why.

PERFORMANCE / SECURITY / INFRASTRUCTURE

Performance should address Core Web Vitals, image optimization, responsive/lazy-loaded media, caching/CDN, database/query optimization and mobile/frontend performance.

Security/infrastructure should appropriately address:

* Authentication/authorization
* Provider isolation
* Secure media uploads
* Input validation
* Rate limiting/anti-abuse
* WAF/DDoS/origin protection
* Database/secrets security
* Backups/recovery
* Logging/monitoring
* Staging/production separation

Recommend appropriate hosting/server/CDN architecture.

ADULT-MARKET / TURKEY AWARENESS

This is a sensitive industry.

We do not expect developers to provide legal advice, but we expect awareness that adult-industry platforms may involve specific hosting, CDN, third-party service, content/moderation, privacy and operational restrictions.

The selected partner should identify areas requiring professional Turkish legal review rather than make unsupported legal conclusions.

Turkey-specific adult-platform experience is an advantage.

LONG-TERM CORE PARTNER

We are NOT looking for a team that builds the platform, delivers the files and disappears.

Our objective is:

Research → Architecture → Development → Launch → SEO → Monitoring → Improvements → New Features → Expansion

If cooperation is successful, this can become a multi-year paid relationship.

Future work may include ongoing technical/local SEO, competitor/SERP monitoring, Search Console/indexation, maintenance, security, infrastructure, performance optimization, new development, content/location expansion, AI/automation and scaling.

We want professional continuity with the same core team.

If you are an agency, explain who will actually build the platform and who will remain responsible after launch.

OWNERSHIP / DELIVERY

Production infrastructure must remain under client control.

We require full frontend/backend source code, database schema/migrations, deployment/configuration documentation, relevant source/design assets, required access and project documentation.

All paid APIs/services/plugins and recurring dependencies must be disclosed before implementation.

No hidden vendor lock-in.

Development should use reviewable staging/milestones.

EXPERTISE — NOT AGREEMENT

We want a partner capable of challenging our assumptions.

If an idea is technically weak, explain why.
If an SEO assumption is wrong, challenge it.
If competitor data cannot be verified, say so.
If a feature creates unnecessary security/performance/SEO risk, identify it.

We value intelligent disagreement more than an incorrect “yes.”

7. SCALE — Describe a comparable image-heavy directory/platform with hundreds or thousands of profiles/pages.

8. TIMELINE & PRICE — Provide a realistic preliminary development timeline and fixed-price range.

We are not looking for the cheapest or fastest freelancer.

We want a specialist/core team capable of analyzing, challenging, building, maintaining and growing this platform with us long term.
