I need a set of clear, step-by-step HiBob implementation playbooks that let our HR managers roll out and run employee benefits management smoothly from day one. The playbooks should walk them through configuring HiBob, mapping current benefit plans, setting eligibility rules, scheduling enrolment windows, and reporting on uptake—essentially everything required to take the process from initial system setup to monthly maintenance.

Along the way please include:
• Practical screenshots or annotated mock-ups drawn from a live or demo HiBob environment.
• Decision points where alternative workflows might be chosen, with pros and cons noted briefly so managers can pick what fits their policy.
• Ready-to-use checklists, template communications to employees, and a troubleshooting FAQ.

I will review drafts chapter by chapter, so plan for two refinement passes before we lock the final version. Final deliverable: one well-structured PDF (or Google Doc) plus the editable source so we can tweak language later.
