Hetzner VMWare & Mikrotik Setup

I’m moving a bare-metal server at Hetzner over to a fully virtualized environment and want the foundation built right the first time. Here’s what I need:

• Clean installation of the latest stable ESXi on the Hetzner host, followed by all current updates and patches.
• Basic performance tuning so the hypervisor is ready for production workloads (CPU scheduling, datastore alignment, SSD caching if available, etc.).
• Creation of well-structured subnets for multiple tenant VMs.
• Firewall rules and protection logic on my MikroTik RouterOS appliance that will sit in front of the ESXi host, including NAT, filter, and basic DDoS hardening.

I'm awaiting to order the server and necessary requirements for the setup; you will have to provide all requirements prior submitting the order. The goal is to hand back a platform where I can start spinning up VMs immediately, each isolated on its own subnet with sensible security.

Deliverables will be accepted once:
1. ESXi shows as fully patched in vSphere.
2. At least two test VMs can pass traffic inside their assigned subnet and reach the internet.
3. MikroTik rules block unsolicited inbound traffic for a Unity game while allowing my management IP range.
4. A short, plain-text summary of what was done and any passwords or API tokens changed.

If you’ve done Hetzner + VMware + MikroTik before, I’d love to get this scheduled quickly.
