Heavy-Duty Steel Trolley Design

I need a robust wheeled material trolley engineered for heavy loads above 200 kg. The trolley’s footprint must stay within 900 mm × 2000 mm, include integrated forklift pockets for safe lift-truck handling, and feature removable vertical posts with side guard rails so the deck can be cleared quickly when required. A rear push handle is also essential for occasional manual moves.

Everything has to be fabricated in steel, so please select profiles and sheet gauges that balance strength with manageable weight up to 10T. I’m looking for a complete design package delivered as soon as possible: a 3D CAD model plus detailed fabrication drawings that a workshop can work from immediately, including weld symbols, hole sizes, and any hardware specifications.
