I have several ongoing projects in the healthcare and skin-care space that need accurate data entry paired with light content research. You will be entering and organising patient records, structuring raw medical research data, and keeping our product inventory sheet current in Google Sheets or Excel.

Alongside the data tasks, I also need concise digests of recent skin care product reviews gathered from reputable online publications and forums, then summarised in a Google Doc or Word file.

Step-by-step video tutorials, templates, and a secure HIPAA-compliant portal are ready, so beginners who can follow clear instructions are welcome. The main things I value are accuracy, confidentiality, and a steady work pace.

Deliverables
1. Fully updated spreadsheet of patient records based on the provided template.
2. Clean, labelled CSV of the latest medical research data sets.
3. Weekly inventory sheet showing stock levels, expiry dates, and reorder needs.
4. A 500-word weekly summary covering at least five new skin care product reviews with source links.

Acceptance criteria: zero typos in numeric fields, consistent formatting, and every cited source linked.
