I have a batch of digital PDF files that hold mixed information—text fields alongside numerical figures—that must be faithfully transferred into a structured spreadsheet (Excel or CSV, whichever you prefer). Accuracy is paramount: every character and number must mirror the original, with columns clearly labeled and totals untouched.

You will receive the PDFs in organized folders; simply read, key in the data, and return a clean, well-formatted file ready for immediate use in our internal reporting. A quick turnaround is welcome, but not at the expense of precision. If you use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, or data-capture macros, let me know; I’m open to any workflow that guarantees reliable results.
