Handwritten Scans to PDF

I have a batch of scanned documents that must be transcribed into an existing fill-able PDF form. The originals include plenty of handwritten entries—some neat, many not—so this is very much a heads-up job for someone with a sharp eye and proven patience when letters get messy.

You’ll receive the raw scans, the blank interactive form, and a simple field-mapping guide. Your task is to read each scan, interpret every handwritten or faintly printed word, and type it into the correct field so the finished PDFs look clean, consistent, and searchable.

Deliverables
• One completed PDF form per source scan, saved under the same base filename
• Layout, fonts, and field properties left exactly as supplied
• Illegible text flagged clearly with “[illegible]” for later review

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of readable text transferred without spelling changes unless the original is obviously wrong
• No empty required fields unless they are truly blank on the source
• Final files zipped together and ready to archive

Manual entry is essential—please resist quick OCR if it sacrifices accuracy. Let me know a realistic page-count capacity per day and a brief note on similar handwriting projects you have handled so I can line up the workload and schedule.
