Handwritten PDF to Word

I have a collection of scanned, handwritten forms saved as PDFs that I need transferred into fully editable Word documents. For each page you will manually type everything exactly as it appears—names, numbers, abbreviations, even obvious misspellings—so that the resulting .docx is an accurate digital replica of the original content. A faithful transcription is more important to me than matching the visual layout of the form; plain text in the correct order is fine.

Please work carefully, checking that every line from the PDF makes it into Word without additions, omissions, or corrections. If a word is illegible, leave a highlighted note in brackets so I can review it later.

Deliverables
• One Word file per source PDF, named to match the original.
• All text reproduced exactly as written, preserving line breaks and section headings.
• No spelling or grammatical edits; the goal is verbatim accuracy.
