I have a scanned, image-only PDF that I need rebuilt as an editable Word document. The job is to extract the text, run reliable OCR, and then recreate every page so the Word file looks just like the original—same headings, columns, page breaks, and overall formatting—while omitting the images.

Accuracy matters more than speed; please proof-read after OCR so there are no garbled characters, split words, or stray line breaks. Feel free to use tools such as ABBYY FineReader, Adobe Acrobat, or any equivalent OCR workflow, as long as the final .docx arrives clean, searchable, and laid out exactly like the source.

Deliverable: one fully formatted, editable Word document that mirrors the PDF’s text layout with zero image placeholders.
