Handwritten PDF Data to Excel

I have a collection of handwritten pages saved as PDFs—well over fifty in total—and I need every bit of information transferred accurately into an Excel spreadsheet. No special template or styling is required; each entry can sit as plain text in its cell. Consistency and error-free typing matter far more than layout.

Deliverable
• One .xlsx file containing all transcribed content, arranged logically and checked for completeness.

Acceptance Criteria
• Every handwritten item visible in the PDFs appears in the sheet.
• Spelling and numeric values match the originals exactly.
• File opens without warnings in current versions of Microsoft Excel.
