Handwritten Notes Transcription Needed

I have a set of handwritten pages that need to be transcribed accurately into a Microsoft Word document. The finished file must reflect the original structure, with clear headings (bold in a larger font) and well-organized bullet points under each section. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks should match the source, but you are free to resolve any obvious ambiguities in handwriting as long as the meaning remains intact.

Please work directly in Word, applying consistent heading styles so I can later update the document through the style panel. All bullet lists should use Word’s standard round bullet points unless a different symbol is explicitly shown in the notes.

Deliverables:
• A .docx file containing the full transcription, formatted as specified.
• A short comment log highlighting any words you were unsure of (if applicable).

I will provide high-resolution scans immediately upon starting. Accuracy is more important than speed, but a quick turnaround is appreciated. Let me know when you can provide back the polished document.
