Handwritten Notes to Word

I have a batch of handwritten notes currently saved as images and PDFs that I need re-typed with perfect accuracy into editable Word documents. The typed text will feed directly into our internal data-entry system, so consistency and attention to detail are critical.

You will receive:
• Clear scans of each page (JPEG/PDF)
• Any page-specific instructions where layout matters

What I expect in return:
• A single, clean .docx file for each source file (or a combined file if that proves more efficient)
• Original spelling retained unless a typo is obvious; flag anything unreadable
• Basic formatting that mirrors the source—headings, bullet points, tables, and line breaks exactly where they appear
• Proofread copy with no stray characters or spacing glitches

I check every file side-by-side with the scan, so 100 % accuracy is the acceptance benchmark. If this first set works smoothly, there will be additional batches ready to follow.
