Handwritten Notes to Excel

I have a collection of handwritten notes that must be transcribed faithfully into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Each entry should follow the same column order I will supply (date, subject, details, action items), and every line of handwriting needs to appear exactly once in the sheet—no omissions, no duplicates.

The job is finished when I receive:
• An .xlsx file containing every handwritten line, neatly laid out and spell-checked
• A brief log noting any words that were unclear in the originals so I can review them

Accuracy matters more than speed, so take the time required to double-check your work. Confidentiality is also important because the notes include internal project details.
