PDF to Excel Data Entry

I need the content of several PDFs—both text and numbers—manually keyed into an Excel workbook. Accuracy is critical because each piece of information has to land in a precise column-and-row structure that mirrors the way I reconcile reports later on. Before you begin I’ll share a sample sheet that labels every column, so you can simply follow the headings and keep the order consistent throughout the file.

The job is entirely manual; copy-paste shortcuts or OCR tools tend to scramble the mixed data, so I rely on careful typing, double-checking totals, and preserving any punctuation found in the original documents. If something is unreadable or unclear, flag it in a separate “Notes” tab rather than guessing.

Deliverables
• One tidy .xlsx file populated exactly to the template I provide
• A brief notes sheet highlighting any uncertainties or anomalies found during entry

I’ll review the finished workbook against the source PDFs. Once everything lines up, the task is complete and payment is released.
