Handwritten Images to Editable Word

I have a collection of image files that contain a mix of handwritten notes, tables, and embedded pictures. Because much of the source material is difficult to read, accuracy and careful transcription are essential. I need every element—text, tables, and any included images—brought into a single Microsoft Word document.

The final file should not mimic the exact layout you see in the images; instead, arrange the content in a clean, easy-to-edit format so I can revise or add information later without fighting with hidden text boxes or fixed column widths. A straightforward heading-body-table flow is perfect. Embedded pictures can be inserted roughly where they appear in the originals, but don’t worry about precise margins or sizing; clarity is more important than visual fidelity.

Deliverable:
• One well-structured .docx file containing all transcribed text, recreated tables, and inserted images, proof-read for spelling and formatting consistency.

Please work in Microsoft Word (or compatible software) so I receive an editable .docx. If you rely on OCR, double-check the output against the source images; the handwriting is challenging and I don’t want machine errors slipping through. Once complete, simply share the finished document and any notes about sections that were especially hard to decipher.
