Handwritten Document Data Entry

I have a collection of printed pages filled out entirely by hand. I will scan them and share clear, high-resolution images; your task is to key everything into a digital file with absolute accuracy. The handwritten material is the only source, so careful reading, consistent spelling, and faithful reproduction of every word and number matter.

You are free to work in Excel, Google Sheets, or Word—whichever lets you keep the original order of the entries and makes it easy for me to review. Anything you cannot decipher should be highlighted or commented so I can confirm the wording later.

Deliverables
• A neatly formatted digital file containing all entries in the same sequence as the originals
• A brief log of any illegible items you flag

Once complete, I will spot-check against the scans; a 99 % or better accuracy rate is expected before final approval. Let me know your experience with handwritten transcription and how quickly you can turn around the first batch.
