I need a sharp-eyed data entry pro to move content from hundreds of physical documents—specifically handwritten notes—into our internal corporate database. The material ranges from short client memos to multi-page meeting logs, so the ability to read varied handwriting styles with confidence is essential.

You will receive high-resolution scans through a secure portal. Your task is to transcribe each note verbatim, tag it with the correct metadata I’ll supply, and enter everything directly into our cloud database (SQL-based, web front-end). Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed; I audit weekly and expect a 99 % or better match rate.

Please be comfortable:
• Deciphering messy or non-standard handwriting
• Flagging unreadable sections for clarification instead of guessing
• Following our data-validation rules (mandatory fields, dropdown selections, no free-text where codes exist)
• Maintaining confidentiality of all customer and corporate information

Deliverables:
1. A fully populated, error-checked database table for the current batch (approx. 2,300 entries).
2. A brief log of any ambiguous entries you flagged.

If this initial batch goes smoothly, recurring work is available. Let me know your turnaround time for 500 records and the tools you prefer (Excel, Google Sheets, direct DB entry, etc.) so we can align processes quickly.
