Excel Customer Contact Data Entry

I have a stack of handwritten customer forms that only include email addresses and phone numbers. I need every one of those details transferred into a clean Excel spreadsheet so I can import the data into our internal systems later.

Accuracy is critical—no typos, no missing digits, and no duplicate rows. Please separate email addresses and phone numbers into their own clearly labeled columns and keep the workbook in .xlsx format.
