I’m putting together an intensive, hands-on DevOps workshop tailored to engineers who already understand the basics and now want to sharpen real-world skills. The sessions will revolve around building, deploying, and managing containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes, then pushing further into Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
My goal is to walk participants through live labs rather than slide-only theory: each concept is immediately followed by a guided exercise, troubleshooting tips, and practical take-aways they can apply at work the very next day.
To make that happen, I’m looking for a DevOps professional who can:
• Design a clear training agenda with step-by-step labs that fit an intermediate skill set.
• Provide all supporting assets—code repositories, Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, Kubernetes manifests, sample Dockerfiles, and concise slide summaries.
• Run the workshop interactively (remote or onsite), fielding questions in real time and adjusting pace where needed.
• Supply post-session materials: recorded demos, lab solutions, and a short follow-up quiz to reinforce learning.
Acceptance criteria: attendees should leave having deployed a multi-service application to Kubernetes, automated its infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, and set up basic CI/CD triggers for future iterations.
If you have a history of delivering training that blends clear explanations with live troubleshooting and you’re comfortable switching between Docker-Compose files, kubectl commands, Terraform state management, and YAML playbooks on the fly, let’s talk about scheduling and any environment prerequisites you recommend.
