Guatemala Automotive Satisfaction Survey

I need a skilled field researcher based in Guatemala to run a face-to-face customer-satisfaction survey inside automotive retail outlets. The sector is retail, but it is the automotive side—think spare-parts shops, tyre stores, accessory retailers and similar. The questionnaire is finalised and hosted on SurveyCTO, ready for use on any Android device with data access.

Your task is to approach shoppers on site, obtain their consent, work through the scripted questions in Spanish and upload each interview immediately. I am looking for roughly 120 completed surveys, gathered across at least five different stores so we capture a fair spread of customer experiences. Interviews should be carried out during normal shopping hours, avoiding repeat respondents at the same location.

• Replacement of soft refusals on the spot to keep response rates high

Deliverables
1. Clean Excel/CSV export of all interviews

Fluency in Spanish is essential and basic written English for status updates is helpful. Familiarity with CAPI tools such as SurveyCTO, Kobo or ODK will make this run smoothly.
