OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a GTM Automation Specialist to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team! In this role, you will be the central hub for platform ownership across our go-to-market technology stack — including tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Cloudingo, and SmartScout. You will combine deep technical fluency with business acumen to architect solutions that solve immediate operational challenges while building a scalable, future-ready GTM infrastructure. Partnering closely with sales leadership, marketing, and business stakeholders, you will identify pain points, design workflows, and ensure our technology investments deliver measurable impact on pipeline generation and revenue acceleration.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or a closely related technical role
Demonstrated baseline knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and user management
Hands-on experience with at least 3–4 of the following tools: Salesloft, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Cloudingo, Typeform, HubSpot, SmartScout, or ChiliPiper
Strong understanding of data architecture, relational databases, and data modeling concepts
Ability to work confidently with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms without necessarily being a developer
Proficiency with data management tools and SQL basics for querying and analyzing data
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues across multiple interconnected systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to diverse, non-technical audiences
Extreme attention to detail when working with data, configurations, and system integrations
Self-directed learner who stays current with platform updates, vendor roadmaps, and emerging GTM technologies
English proficiency required — must be able to speak and write in the language fluently
NICE TO HAVE:
Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles
Certifications in Salesforce (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder)
Diverse experience with GTM applications & automation frameworks
Track record of successfully leading GTM technology implementations or migrations
Familiarity with common data integration patterns (ETL, real-time sync, batch processes)
Background in database design or data warehouse concepts
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Platform Ownership & Administration
Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of all non-Salesforce GTM platforms, ensuring systems are functioning at peak efficiency
Maintain baselineproficiencyin Salesforce Sales Cloud, serving as the central integration hub and source of truth for all GTM applications
Develop and enforce platform governance standards, documentation, and best practices across the entire technology stack
Proactivelymonitorsystem health, manage user access, and troubleshoot technical issues with minimal disruption to revenue-generating activities
Integration & Workflow Architecture
Design and deploy integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using automation tools (native connectors, APIs, Zapier) to create seamless data flows
Build andmaintainend-to-end workflows thateliminatemanual data entry and reduce operational friction
Architect solutions that ensure data consistency across all platforms while respecting system limitations and data governance requirements
Document all integrations, workflows, and system dependencies for continuity and knowledge transfer
Data Quality & Database Management
Lead initiatives toidentifyand remediate data quality gaps, white space, and inconsistencies within our CRM and related databases
Develop and implement strategies to improve seller information fill rates, ensuring complete andaccuratecontact, company, and engagement data
Conduct regular audits of data integrity across all platforms andestablishmetrics for measuring improvement over time
Partner with business stakeholders to define data standards and validation rules that support GTM objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration & Solution Design
Work closely with sales leadership, marketing ops, andRevOpsteams to understand pain points and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor during vendor evaluation processes and platform optimization initiatives
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on platform roadmaps and improvements
Balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic planning to build a sustainable technology foundation
Roadmap & Continuous Improvement
Own the GTM technology roadmap,identifyingopportunities to better leverage existing tools and evaluatenew solutions
Conduct regular training and enablement sessions to ensure end users maximize platform adoption and effectiveness
Stay current with product updates, new features, and industry best practices across all managed platforms
Champion automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve seller productivity
