GoHighLevel Expert Needed – AI Receptionist, Automations & Client Setup

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to work with our growing digital marketing and automation business.

This is NOT a full-time or hourly position. This is pay-per-client/project. You will be paid for each new client you successfully set up.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will help onboard and set up new clients inside GoHighLevel, including:

* Setting up and configuring client GoHighLevel accounts
* AI receptionist / AI phone agent setup
* Phone numbers and call routing
* SMS and automated follow-up workflows
* CRM and sales pipeline setup
* Calendars and appointment booking
* Forms and lead capture
* Missed-call follow-up automation
* Google review request/reputation management automation
* Website/form integrations when needed
* Importing/customizing existing snapshots and templates
* Testing the entire system before launch
* Troubleshooting GoHighLevel issues
* Making sure everything works correctly before handing the account over

Requirements

You MUST:

* Be highly experienced with GoHighLevel
* Have experience setting up AI receptionists / AI voice agents
* Understand GoHighLevel workflows and automations
* Understand phone, SMS and calendar configuration
* Understand Google review/reputation management systems
* Be comfortable joining Zoom meetings and Zoom calls
* Speak and communicate clearly in English
* Be reliable and responsive
* Be able to troubleshoot problems independently
* Be comfortable working directly with client accounts
* Be interested in ongoing work as we acquire more clients

Compensation

This is pay-per-client, NOT hourly employment.

Initial budget: $50 per completed client setup.

As our client base grows and the scope of work increases, there may be opportunities for additional work and increased compensation.

We are looking for someone we can work with long-term rather than hiring a different freelancer for every client.
