GSM-Inspired Mobile Device Service Platform

I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a simple MVP website for an Android device software-support business.

I have a reference website for understanding the general workflow and type of platform I need. The developer should create a new, original website, including original code, UI implementation, branding and assets.

Demo Service Function

This is initially a testing/demo platform.

For example:

When the user clicks Start, the website should display a simulated process such as:

Then:

Demo Operation Completed Successfully

This is only a simulation for testing the website workflow. It must not perform actual FRP bypass, security-lock circumvention, IMEI modification, or unauthorized access to devices.

Admin Panel

Admin should be able to:

* Manage users
* Add/edit/delete services
* Add device models
* Manage supported brands
* View service requests
* Change request status
* View basic statistics
* Manage website content
* Manage announcements

Design Requirements

I want a professional GSM/service-platform style dashboard, but the design must be independently created and not reproduce another website’s copyrighted design, source code, graphics, or content.

The website should be:

* Responsive on Android phones
* Fast loading
* Modern and clean
* Easy to navigate
* Secure
* Easy to maintain

Future Expansion

The architecture should allow future additions such as:

* Reseller accounts
* Wallet/credits
* Digital products
* Gift cards

* Legitimate third-party API integrations

This is a low-budget MVP, so please keep the first version simple and cost-effective.
